溫度對泡沫(mo)特(te)性的(de)測(ce)定有(you)什么影響?
溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)對(dui)泡沫(mo)衰變過程,對(dui)泡沫(mo)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)膜性質(包括表(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)吸附(fu)(fu)、Marangoni效應、表(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)彈性和表(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)粘度(du)(du))和對(dui)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)活性劑(ji)溶液的影響。結論是(shi):(1)低(di)溫(wen)(wen)時,主(zhu)要是(shi)氣體(ti)擴散;高溫(wen)(wen)時,泡沫(mo)破(po)滅(mie)由頂(ding)端開始(shi),泡沫(mo)體(ti)積隨(sui)(sui)時間(jian)延長而有(you)規(gui)律地減(jian)小;(2)隨(sui)(sui)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)升(sheng)(sheng)高,吸附(fu)(fu)量(liang)減(jian)少(shao),分(fen)子獨占面(mian)(mian)(mian)積增大,表(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)粘度(du)(du)降(jiang)低(di),Marangoni效應作用減(jian)弱,表(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)彈性降(jiang)低(di),導致泡沫(mo)穩(wen)定(ding)性降(jiang)低(di);(3)隨(sui)(sui)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)升(sheng)(sheng)高,泡沫(mo)體(ti)系的表(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)張(zhang)力(li)(li)減(jian)小,有(you)利于(yu)泡沫(mo)的穩(wen)定(ding)性提高,但此時表(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)張(zhang)力(li)(li)不(bu)是(shi)影響泡沫(mo)穩(wen)定(ding)性的主(zhu)導因素。
控制(zhi)反(fan)應溫度在60~65℃的范圍。
